Placing an order

When you place an order to purchase a product from rootscd.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. If any items are out of stock when you place an order, we will contact you to let you know when we will have them available again and offer to refund the full price of the order to you.

Our CDs and products

All of the products that we sell are brand new, most are shrink wrapped, some are not. Because most of our stock comes direct from the artists themselves, we depend on them to supply us with sealed or shrink wrapped items. We keep a good depth of older titles and the latest releases, these items are new and unplayed. We do not sell second hand or previously used items through this on-line store.

Customs Charges

Any duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Sorry, we hate them too!

Faulty Items & Returns

We accept returns on defective, damaged and mis-shipped merchandise. We will exchange the product or issue you a credit or refund whichever you prefer. Sorry, but we do not accept returns on non-defective product that has been opened simply because you do not like it. If you wish to return a non-faulty item please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will exchange the item for another of the same value or higher.

You must contact us for an authorization of your return prior to sending product back. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is sent back without authorization.

When we receive your returned item we will e-mail you to let you know.
